The Doubletree by Hilton Toronto Airport is situated moments from Pearson International Airport (YYZ), and is only 20 minutes from downtown Toronto. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, an on-site car rental agency and customer-controlled in and out parking.

This conference rate is guaranteed until April 16, 2010. After this date, the rate is subject to availability only.

Payment may be made by personal cheque, money order, or valid AMEX, Visa, Master Card, Diner Club/En Route or Discover credit card. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at least twenty four (24) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

On-site parking is available at the Hotel at a rate of $10.00 per day for overnight registered guests. For non-registered guests, the first half hour of original entry is free with each additional half hour or less is $2.00, maximum for a 12-hour period is $10.00; maximum for a 16 hour period is $16.00.
