* Full-time Students: Students eligible for the reduced student fee must be enrolled as a full-time student in a supply chain program. Students will be required to show valid full-time student identification at the Conference registration desk when picking up their registration package.
Earlybird and regular full Conference fees include all Conference sessions, Monday evening event, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and coffee/nutrition breaks on both days. Daily rate includes the meals provided on that day.

Payment Information
The Conference accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cheque and Money Order.
Upon completion of your on-line registration, you are able to indicate payment on-line by credit card or off-line by cheque.
If payment on-line by credit card is selected, please be advised that an incorrect credit card number and/or a declined credit card transaction is considered a non-payment and the registration is not complete.
If payment off-line by cheque is selected, you are forwarded to a payment submission form that you are asked to print and submit along with your cheque payment.
Refund Policy
The Conference Office must be notified of cancellations via email at admin@astonevents.com.
Notification of cancellation and requests for refunds can be made by e-mailing before May 1, 2010.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date. Cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee.
